There are 3 types of fees:
  • Stripe Fee: This is the fee that Stripe will take on each successful trade. You can see this in the dashboard as Stripe Fee.
  • Payingame Fee: This is the fee that Payingame takes. Its always 1.5%. This will only occur on succesful trades.
  • Tax Calculation Fee: This is a fee that Stripe will take whenever a Tax calculation is made. Every new payment that is created by the user will invoke a possible fee. Although we cache the Tax Calculation, it could be that the caching is too old, or that there is a change. The difference is that this fee will be invoked, even on non successful trades. How Stripe handles this is that you won’t see this fee until you have a first succesful sale.
